FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing blood serum sample, drying it and introducing the dry residue into Vaseline oil under stirring, studying it, recording sample absorption spectra in the bandwidth of 1170- 1025 cm-1, determining absorption band peak heights having maximum at 1170, 1165, 1150, 1140, 1125, 1100, 1070 and 1025 cm-1. Peak heights mean (C), (S) value is determined as ratio of peak height having maximum at 1100 cm-1 to ration value of peak height (C), (X) value is determined as ratio of peak height having maximum 1125 cm-1 to peak heights mean value (C), (R) value is determined as ratio of peak height having maximum at 1165 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1170 cm-1, (Z) value is determined as ratio of peak height having maximum at 1170 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1165 cm-1, ratio value of peak height having maximum at 1165 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1150 cm-1, ratio value of peak height having maximum at 1150 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1140 cm-1, ratio value of peak height having maximum at 1140 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1125 cm-1, ratio value of peak height having maximum at 1125 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1100 cm-1, ratio value of peak height having maximum at 1100 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1070 cm-1, ratio value of peak height having maximum at 1070 cm-1 to peak height having maximum at 1025 cm-1. Then, Maximum value (MM) and minimum value (M) and their difference (D) are determined from this sequence. Next to it, (Q) value is calculated as ratio value of peak height having maximum at 1070 cm-1 to the peak heights mean value (C), the values of ratios S/Q, S/R, S/D, X/S, S/MM, X/M and rheumatoid arthritis is diagnosed if when ratio values 0,75≥S≥S/Q≥1,57 and 0,2≥S/D≥1,1; non-rheumatoid arthritis is diagnosed if when ratio values 0,75≥S/R≥1,5 and 1,12≤R/Z≤3,0; myocardium injury in diffuse diseases of connective tissue when ratio values are 0,8≥X/S≥1,6 and S/MM≥0,5; idiopathic cardiac myopathy when ratio values are X/M≥2,5 and 0,8≥S/R≥1. EFFECT: high accuracy and accelerated diagnosis method.
