SUBSTANCE: method for prediction of the clinical course of acute pancreatitis includes venous blood taking, serum obtaining, then the serum is extracted twice with ethyl acetate, extracts are combined, evaporated to dry in an inert gas stream, and the residue is dissolved in methanol, the obtained methanol extract of the blood serum sample is subjected to chromatographic analysis with simultaneous spectral analysis of chromatographic peaks in the ultraviolet region at 8 wavelengths: 210, 220, 230, 240, 250, 260, 280, 300 nm, further, on the obtained chromatogram, chromatographic peaks are marked, their spectral relationships and retention volumes are determined, then pathological peaks from table 1 are detected in the sample, and when 2 or more pathological peaks of table 1 are detected, adverse course of the disease with a possibility of necrosis development is predicted.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and shortened duration of the method.
