FIELD: integrated-circuit protective systems.
SUBSTANCE: protective system is preferably disposed on several removable surfaces 2 and 3 at bottom and/or on top of integrated circuit 1 and has a number of printed conductors 10, 11 loaded into different signals of one or more signal generators. These different signals are analyzed upon transmission through printed conductors 10, 11 by one or more detectors; in the process signals received by detector are compared with reference signals; if essential differences are detected, alarm signal is sent to integrated circuit. In response to this alarm signal integrated circuit is changed over to protection mode in which its analysis or handling becomes impossible.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of integrated circuit protection against unwanted watching or handling.
