FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has working head made detachable across plane of adhering of cylindrical segment bases to one another. Cylindrical segments have increased length at one of sides of symmetrical slots. Hollows and protrusions are formed on cylindrical segment bases in symmetrically opposed relation with respect to one another. Hollows and protrusions are adapted for mutual centering and fixing of cylindrical segments, as well as for accommodation and fixing therein of standard safety razor blade in such a manner that cutting edge of blade outside symmetrical slots does not extend beyond cylindrical segments. Working head is further equipped with device for securing cylindrical segments with one another. Hollow arranged in free end of working head, at side adjoining narrow wall of symmetrical slots between cylindrical segments for accommodation of standard safety razor blades, is made open and adapted for insertion therein of used part of safety razor blade, including part of blade shortened by cutting. Sea buckthorn fruit is separated from sprout by prodding of working head under said fruit so that its spur is inserted into slot and is cut off by safety razor blade cutting edge.
EFFECT: improved construction, simplified manufacture technique, increased service life owing to the use of replaceable safety razor blades as plates-blades, including usage of said blades along the entire length thereof.
