FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has working head composed of two cylindrical sections, which are connected with their rectangular bases. Symmetrical slots are formed on upper cylindrical surface, on narrowing ends of working head in parallel with bases of cylinders so that their lower surface is extending perpendicular to slot side and intersects with lower cylindrical surface of working head to form acute cutting edge. Sharpened metal plates-blades are inserted into working head slots to form cutting edges. Apparatus may be used in home and garden plots. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced damage to fruit and buds of sea buckthorn during fruit collection and prolonged service life. 3 cl, 4 dwg
