FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains powder milk products, in particular, cryogenic curdle powder, and cryogenic powders of natural raw materials, in particular, cryogenic germ powders of wheat, powdered apple, beet and egg shell. Cryogenic curdle powder content in composition is below 50 wt%. Composition may additionally contain bifido- and/or lactic bacteria. Composition may be introduced in dosed form, in particular, in the form of pellets, capsules or granules.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in correcting of nutritional status owing to optimally selected ratio of animal proteins, vitamins, macro- and micro elements and other biologically active substances, and wider range of such compositions.
