FIELD: production of catalysts containing gold and titanium.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes impregnation of carrier with solution of gold compound, reducing agent solution and promoting metal; reducing agent and/or carrier contain titanium; method includes also heating impregnated carrier. Catalyst may be used for hydro-oxidation of olefins, such as propylene with oxygen in presence of hydrogen, thus forming olefin oxides, such as propylene oxide.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; improved regulation of all amount of oil deposited on carrier.
