FIELD: agricultural and land-reclamation equipment, particularly for applying protective coatings on inner pipeline surface.

SUBSTANCE: device for applying anticorrosive material on inner pipeline surface includes spraying unit for centrifugal spraying of coating material formed as spraying nozzle arranged coaxially to pipeline surface and adjustment means. Spraying unit may perform longitudinal motion along pipeline axis. Spraying unit is mounted on main rod and supplementary rod having reciprocating mechanism. Reciprocating mechanism is formed as pneumatic cylinder with relief valves and connects main rod with supplementary rod. Supplementary rod is arranged into main rod hollow. Main rod is installed into rolling-contact bearings arranged in pairs in horizontal and vertical planes. Main rod on mounting block has reciprocation actuator formed as continuous closed rope branch connected by coupling means with main rod, leading reverse drum and enveloping rollers. Pipeline to be covered is installed in paired rotary bearings. Each pair of bearings may change dimensions of base.

EFFECT: increased coating thickness uniformity, improved quality, reduced anticorrosive material consumption.
