DEVICE FOR APPLICATION OF ANTICORROSIVE COAT ON SURFACES OF STEEL PIPE LINES Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: devices for application of protective coats on inner surfaces of steel pipes; sewer systems, water supply pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has hollow cylindrical housing whose one end is connected with concentric pipe lines by means of threaded sleeves and sprayers are coaxially mounted on its other end. One sprayer is made in form of body of revolution which is provided with threaded section on part of lesser diameter; body of revolution on larger part is engageable with plate. Said sprayer is located in cavity of other hollow sprayer. Sprayers are engageable with housing by means of threaded sleeve and spokes. Housing, threaded sleeves and spokes are made as an integral part. Hollow spokes have open cavities which are hydraulically connected with cavity of hollow sprayer and cavity of pipe line of larger section. Pipe line of lesser diameter is fixed coaxially in cavity of pipe line of larger diameter which are radially oriented in threaded holes of pipe wall by mans of dowel pins. Cavities of spokes are oriented in center plane of housing. EFFECT: simplified construction; enhanced operational reliability; improved quality of spraying paints and varnishes ; low cost. 3 cl, 2 dwg
