FIELD: cleaning and sorting-out of grain and its products; chemical and concentrating industries; separation of loose materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes sorting-out of particles by sizes in horizontal revolving cylindrical screen provided with system of blades mounted immovably inside cylinder for ensuring stable waterfall mode of loose medium for segregation of particles by sizes and separate discharge of these particles. Separate discharge of fine and medium particles is performed through respective holes of cylindrical screen and coarse particles runs off surface of screen. Thickness of layer of loose medium in loading zone is set by shifting the lower end of loading telescopic tube in height and is automatically maintained by valve sliding over surface of material and periodically opening and closing outlet hole of loading telescopic tube.
EFFECT: increased intensity and improved quality of sorting-out.
