SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biocides used for suppression of sulfate-reducing microorganisms growth and can be used in petroleum deposits for water treatment in the stratum flooding. Proposed composition represents a synergetic mixture preparing by physical mixing polydimethyldiallylammonum chloride with formalin. Formaldehyde as 37% solution (marketing form of formalin) and polydimethyldiallylammonium chloride as 41% solution (marketing form) are used in their mass ratio = (1:9):(9:1), respectively. Biocide composition provides enhancing activity of reagent for suppression sulfate-reducing microorganisms growth.
