FIELD: utilization of explosives.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of utilization of the explosives extracted from ammunitions and solid rocket-propellants into industrial blasting explosives. The offered method of utilization of the explosive materials provides for its coating with a protective shell, in the capacity of which they use a water-bearing explosive composition with a critical diameter of detonation of no more than 10 mm. Coating with a protective shell is made in thick of no more than Cover by a protective shell execute depth not less than one and a half of the critical diameter of detonation of the water-bearing explosive composition. At that the ratio of the explosive material and the water-bearing explosive composition makes from one to three up to three to one. In the capacity of explosive materials they may use the blasting powder, trotyl and hexogen-bearing cartridges and cartridges of charges of solid rocket-propellants. The invention is aimed at an increased safety at utilization of the explosive materials and expansion of the nomenclature of the explosive materials subjected to utilization, that allow to produce on their basis the broad nomenclature of industrial blasting explosives.

EFFECT: increased safety at utilization of the explosive materials, expanded the nomenclature of industrial blasting explosives produced on the base of the utilized explosives.
