SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of triazole of amide type or their pharmacologically acceptable salts of the formula (I):
wherein Ar1 represents phenyl group or similar group; Ar2 represents phenylene group or similar group; X represents sulfur atom or methylene group; R1 represents hydrogen atom or (C1-C3)-alkyl group; R2 represents hydrogen atom or (C1-C3)-alkyl group; R3 represents optionally substituted (C6-C10)-aryl group or similar group. Invention relates also to a pharmaceutical composition based on thereof eliciting anti-fungal effect and to method for prophylaxis or treatment of fungal infection. Invention provides preparing new compounds eliciting valuable pharmacological properties.
EFFECT: improved prophylaxis and treatment method, valuable medicinal properties of compounds.
