FIELD: bridge and building structures, particularly for constructing beam and frame bridges and building structures.
SUBSTANCE: tie for applying constant pre-stressing force includes a set of leaf springs. Springs located from inner side have smaller initial angle of flexure or negative angle of flexure in comparison with springs arranged from outer side. The set of leaf springs is installed between movable ends of beam or frame post and support plate having two rests. The set of leaf springs is fixedly secured to movable ends of beam or frame post by upper end thereof. Pre-stressed springs located from outer side bear up against one rest. Springs located from inner side are supported by another rest.
EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous using tie applying constant pre-stressing force as connection member and as movable support for beams and frames.
