FIELD: oil extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has body, corbel rigidly fixed to it, force corbel, supporting corbel with rollers fixed on drive nut. Inside drive screw a rod is provided. To hollow rod a packer is fixed. On threaded portions of force bars nuts are placed for displacing corbel. Compensating assembly for pushing-out forces of well environment has hollow rod as hydraulic cylinder water-tightened by plug at upper part, said plug being mounted inside upper portion of centering bushing. In lower part hollow cylindrical tail of drive screw is used as watertight means. Centering bushing is placed in central portion of force corbel for transferring rotational movement from steering wheel to driving screw. Rollers are made with capability for dismounting from supporting corbel. Hollow rod has capability for connection to supporting corbel through coupling nut.
EFFECT: higher reliability of device operation, device is watertight, lower laboriousness, control of value of packer displacement is provided for, higher adaptability.
