FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for replacement of faulty valves of wellhead equipment at wellhead pressure wells. Device for changing valve under pressure, consisting of a body, traverses support and separation valve block, a hollow rod with a rod of packer with a sliding bearing plate, two threaded rods equipped with a lead nut and connected with racks, suspension, made as a console with bogies hanging support rail and block valves, attachment points and position of packer pointer. Packer with a sliding platter, consisting of internal and external sectors of cams, to forcibly moving in radial direction up to stop in hole wall of passageway while maintaining its cylindrical shape, is equipped with a bearing sleeve mounted on shaft between rubber element and sliding platter. Sliding support disc is fitted with two internal, forward directed, tapered bores performed responsively cones outer casing and supporting collar of bearing sleeve, and set pulled stretched rubber rings disposed in annular groove on outer diameter of sliding of support disc. On contact faces of cams and sectors performed rectangular protrusion cam and groove back projection sector, and seal end of hollow shaft in bearing yoke is made absolutely rigid.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure reliability of sliding support disc of packer and ability to carry out work on replacing faulty valves in wells under pressure downhole environment of more than 15 MPa, by reducing axial ejection downhole fluid pressure forces, and enabling device mounting on various sizes of flanges pipe heads of different heights and packer control capabilities when moving through channels of valves and install in place packer releasing.
