SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to perform work on replacing faulty elements of main valves on the side branches of pipe heads without their direct dismantling from the Christmas tree wells. A device is claimed for changing faulty elements of main valves on the side branches of pipe heads with subsequent pressure testing, including a housing, a packer and a rotator located on one side of the housing, connected to the packer and equipped with a removable steering wheel. The other side of the housing is equipped with a flange for installation, directly or through an adapter or sub, onto the flange of the side outlet valve of the pipe head. At the same time, inside the flange there is a unit that, due to the sealing collars and pressure bushing, ensures sealing and direction of the packer during its axial movement, and on the outside the flange is equipped with a control unit and a pressure relief valve, as well as a quick-release connection to ensure the possibility of supplying pressure sealing fluid to the above-packer cavity and transferring sealing pressure into it. The packer is equipped at one end with a sealer installed between the washers, and at the other end - at the end with a rectangular protrusion for the possibility of transmitting torque from the connected packer wrench with a reciprocal rectangular recess. The part of the body where the rotator, equipped with a steering wheel with a ratcheting mechanism, is located is a hollow lead screw connected to the flange by a coupling, in which there are diametrically located technological windows that provide access to the packer sealing unit, and allow identifying gaps during operation of the device and, if necessary, using the standard handle, adjusting the tension force of the threaded bushing of the sealing collars. In this case, an external thrust thread is made on the lead screw, and a through groove is made along the lead screw, due to which the rotator is secured with screws with an internal thread corresponding to the lead screw and a support bush is mounted on bearings, with axles placed inside it and pressed through a washer union nut. Using trunnions inserted on both sides into the longitudinal groove, the rotator is connected to the packer body, which includes a sleeve with a coupling, inside of which there is a rod, which has a threaded end at the end opposite to the installed sealant, screwed into a support nut with a rectangular protrusion mounted on bearings and pressed in the packer body. When the packer key is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise, the sealant is compressed or returned to its original state, respectively. In this case, the rod makes a translational movement, and its direction is provided by two diametrically placed screws with cylindrical ends installed in the packer body, which are in mate with grooves similarly located in the rod. The sealing rings installed in the packer body next to the sealer protect against penetration of the well and pressure testing medium along the rod into the device.

EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means that allows, without dismantling the well's Christmas tree, to carry out repairs related to the replacement of elements of pressurized main valves on the side branches of the pipe heads with subsequent sealing.
