FIELD: oil extractive industry.
SUBSTANCE: device has deflecting wedge with longitudinal groove for movement of threading roll and grooves for mounting removable inserts, removable supporting inserts and rotating links in contact with them, side plates placed on both sides of deflecting wedge with a groove. Longitudinal groove of deflecting wedge is placed in the middle of slanting plane of this wedge and separates in on two equal supporting surfaces provided with grooves for removable supporting inserts. These inserts have front projection presenting large and small equal-sided trapeziums of even height, combined with matching bases and placed symmetrically to each other. Removable supporting inserts placed in grooves of deflecting wedge by large base are directed to side plates in which depth of groove for axis of threading roll is a portion of their thickness. Rotating links have surface in contact with removable supporting inserts of deflecting wedge made in form of cylinder, axis of which coincides with axis of threading roll. Length of this cylinder in contact with removable supporting inserts, while extending threading roll from its transporting position to working position, is equipped with removable reactive insert if high hardness. In each rotating link in aperture for axis of threading roll a bushing is pressed made of hard-alloy metal.
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency of cutting assembly of slit perforator.
