FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: ceiling includes engaged upper part and screen with contacting surfaces, assemblies of fixing screen to upper part. Contact surfaces are made of guides slanting to ceiling plane, and curvilinear supports perpendicular to longitudinal axis of ceiling, and contact surfaces are placed symmetrically relatively to longitudinal axis of ceiling and in staggered order relatively to connecting line of screen and upper part provided with fixing assemblies. Guides may be placed slantingly to longitudinal axis of ceiling and may be made straight or curvilinear on the side of curvilinear supports. Fixing assembly of screen to upper part may be made in form of pipe, inside which an axis is inserted with link mounted on it, end of which has thread, or may be made of round bars and wedge interacting with it, and of nut with spherical surface being part of conical socket, and of lock-nut.

EFFECT: higher reliability of operation, longer life of support and simplified maintenance operations.
