FIELD: coal industry. SUBSTANCE: this group of inventions is meant for underground mining of coal deposits with use of cleaning machines including powered face supports, excavation sets and face conveyers. Process includes attachment of support following movement of excavation set without unloading, frontal movement of conveyer and alternating unloading of one third of all sections with their advance towards face and control over them from central control desk without presence of miners in face, full run of each deflector from rear to forward position by value of capture of excavation set with cross support of strip of roof by command of control cam linked to excavation set and with speed of movement of set, frontal transfer of flight on to face with set cutting new way. Deflector is thrown into extreme rear position before transfer of each section to face. Support comprises sections including floors, fences, props, bases, aids tightening clearances in roof and rock burst. All members of sections have width equal to 0.5 width required to achieve needed speed of fixing after moving excavation set. Sections are asymmetrical in left and right mirror versions and are interjoined by pairs with arrangement of aids for telescopic tightening of clearances in roof and rock burst inside moved pair of sections. Mechanism for telescopic tightening of clearances in roof and rock burst has horizontal gate positioned under cantilever of upper sheets between floors and/or fences of two adjacent sections jointly moved, guides in the form of two plungers and guiding screws and extension aids in the form of compression springs put inside plungers. Connection of bases of sections includes front shackle linked to nose ends of two bases and moving jack joined to charging end of guiding beam located between bases. Guiding beam has body in the for of two cylindrical bars with front and rear tips which front ends are intercoupled by means of front tip and which rear ends are coupled to bases of support which are fitted with front shackle with bracket. Mechanism to spread sections of support has floor, fence, prop, support base and ties. Prop comes in the form of three or four tubes inserted one into another, ground over outer diameter and mounted for contact with guiding bushings only. Second and third tubes have bottoms with non-return valves letting working fluid pass inside spaces of tubes. Mechanism to collapse support includes props, floor with fence, ties linking them to base in the form of double balance with H-shaped stiffening lintels connected to brackets of bases and to fences of floor and horizontal jacks hinged to brackets of bases and to center part of balance. Baffle of floor in support has body connected to body of floor, drive jacks, balances intercoupled in sequence. Face balance is tied up to body of baffle and center hinge and charging balance is linked to center hinge and body of floor. EFFECT: simplified design and increased operational reliability. 8 cl, 4 dwg
