FIELD: mining art, in particular, design of machines used for mechanized preparation and charging of downcast holes in open mining operations at open-cut mining of mineral deposits.
SUBSTANCE: the mixing-charging machine includes a transportation base carrying a bin for emulsion with vessels for gas-generating agent and water. The mentioned components are fed by means of pumps through component batchers to a hose drum with a charging hose and further to the hole. The bin for emulsion is mounted on the transportation base by means of a bin frame made around the edges of the bin and consisting of hollow members forming minimum two separate vessels. The bin frame proper is mounted on the transportation base by means of shock absorbers, strain gauges of the component batchers are installed between the frame and the transportation base, and the batchers proper are positioned in the recess between the bin frame and the transportation base.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of machine operation at an enhanced stability of it due to rational arrangement of the assemblies.
