FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of machines and plants used for mechanized preparation of emulsion explosives (EE). Mixing-charging system includes complex of equipment containing emulsion matrix hopper and gas-generating additive tanks connected to components mixing device through system of emulsion explosive components dispensers. System is equipped with sensor of level of emulsion matrix in hopper, sensor of pressure in pipeline of emulsion matrix and sensor of system efficiency, cabinet of hydraulic and electric control, connected to said sensors for receiving data from them, and a calculation unit connected to said cabinet for receiving data for calculations required to generate a control action on a system of dispensers of emulsion explosive components through a cabinet of hydraulic and electrical control. Computation unit is configured to calculate: viscosity coefficient of the emulsion matrix, used to control system of batchers and required for charging of wells with complex design of amount of emulsion explosive charge with possibility of adjustment of depth of installation of several fighters.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is higher quality of EE charges formation, efficiency and safety of works performance.
