FIELD: agriculture, in particular, growing of fiber flax seeds.
SUBSTANCE: method involves analyzing, on the basis of intervals of opening first flower buds (beginning, end), morphometric features and determining extent of difference of their average arithmetic values from average arithmetic values of general combination of plants in the same batch of sown seeds. Early (before seed growing process) evaluation of homogeneity of novel sorts of fiber flax by economy features allows procedure for creating batches of elite seeds to be worked out.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by creating and recommending procedures for each concrete sort of fiber flax seeds.
