FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, preparing of pulpy and paste-like products from raw plant material and some kinds of raw animal materials.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging chamber, perforated rotor, cleaning knife, and hollow perforated pressing shaft. Rotor and pressing shaft are made in the form of truncated cones. Cleaning knife is arranged opposite line of contact of perforated rotor and hollow perforated pressing shaft. Charging chamber is located between cones and is defined by spiral partition extending from line of contact of cone surfaces to cleaning knife. Perforated rotor spindle is arranged in vertical position. Pressing rotor shaft is positioned at an angle α with respect to perforated rotor spindle and is defined by predetermined ratio.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced loading of rotor and shaft, reduced power consumption, decreased material usage and wider range of kinds of processed raw materials.
