FIELD: desintegrators and crushing devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding devices and can be used in the food industry at canning or vegetable drying plants. Grinding device comprises a hollow perforated rotor, a hollow perforated pressing roller, cleaning blades and unloading augers disposed within the hollow perforated rotor and the pressing roller. Hollow perforated rotor and pressing roller are mounted to allow external contact, and unloading augers are located in each of them. In the hollow perforated rotor, the unloading auger is set diametrically opposite to the point of contact with the hollow perforated pressing roller. Axial line of the auger of the hollow perforated pressing roller makes with an inter-axial line connecting the geometric centres of the hollow perforated rotor and pressing roller, an angle equal to 7–10°. Between the unloading auger and the inner surface of the hollow perforated rotor, an unloading tray in the form of a half cylinder is equidistant to its inner surface.

EFFECT: device increases efficiency of grinding process.
