FIELD: medicine, oral surgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should introduce a screw with self-cutting threading, with a caput and opening on it into a small fragment. Osseous fragment should be compared. One should apply the screw into preformed groove in mandibular branch to fix this screw with a plate towards mandibular branch with mini-screws. One should screw tightly the screw's caput with a wrench inserted into caput's openings. The method enables to achieve tight, anatomically correct comparison of osseous fragments and improve microcirculation in fracture area.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation.
