FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: substance of the method consists in submaxillary approach to a fracture line, separation and extraction of articular process head thereafter microscrew-jointed to a titanium plate. The prepared structure is placed within glenoid cavity and fastened with suturing, reduced with fragment osteosynthesis. Herewith the plate is installed and fixed on the posterior extracted fragment of articular head below its articular surface. The plate is shaped after the fragment. Free end of the plate is curved provided firm adherence to grater fragment piece. Then the smaller fragment structure with prepared plate is installed in glenoid cavity in preformed articular capsule bed in anatomic position. The bed is fixed with suturing on articular capsule edges over articular tubercle. The greater fragment piece is repositioned on the structure installed in the bed, free end of the plate is microscrew-jointed to posterolateral surface of the greater fragment.
EFFECT: reduced operative injuries, improved medical and social rehabilitation.
