FIELD: medicine, stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with joint-pin-free restoration of highly destroyed teeth. It includes disinfection and special preparation of prepared cavity, application of a composite. The first portion of composite one should apply onto one fourth of dentin area surface at layer thickness to be 1.5 mm, light-hardened, then similarly one should carry out successively application of the second, third and fourth portion of composite onto the second, third and fourth surface of dentin area followed by light-hardening by forming the first layer of composite. Further restoration should be performed by three horizontal layers, and then - by small portions to form slopes of protuberances followed by final light-hardening and grinding supracontacts to fit. The present innovation enables to increase adhesion of up-to-date composition filling materials and, thus, increase the terms for uncomplicated functioning both in single teeth and in those being the support in orthopedic constructions.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of restoration.
