FIELD: clinical medicine, dermatology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves application of corticosteroid preparations and cytostatics and additional administration to patient 5% mexidol solution in the dose 2 ml by intramuscular injections, 2 times per 24 h for 10 days. Method results to reducing the total dose of corticosteroid hormones and cytostatics, diminishing adverse effects and intoxication symptoms. Invention can be used in treatment of patients with acantholytic pemphigus.
EFFECT: improved and enhanced treatment method.
