FIELD: veterinary science, virology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of a prophylactic agent against adenoviral hepatitis with inclusions - hydropericarditis in chickens. Agent shows high immunogenic activity and stability in combination with harmless for poultry. The preparation comprises teotropin-inactivated antigen of adenoviral hepatitis with inclusions - hydropericarditis in chickens of the strain "T-2" with activity 3.5 lg ID50/ml, not less, in mixture with oily adjuvant taken in equal volumes. The preparation elicits high immunogenic activity and stability and harmless for poultry.
