FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: composite material has improved biocompatibility with bone tissue, provides a better replacement of complex shape defects, which is achieved by manufacture of the said material in the form of a cement liquid, comprising water, magnesium phosphate, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide and sodium dihydrogenphosphate, and reactive hardening powder comprising hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate and brushite, at the appropriate ratio of components.
EFFECT: invention can be used for replacement and removal of bone defects in traumatology, orthopedics, maxillary, facial and dental surgery, and in dentistry.
