FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly, to making calcium phosphate coating on implant from biologically inert material. Proposed method consists in spraying the target containing hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 in plasma of high-frequency discharge in vacuum chamber in atmosphere of argon. Note here that biologically inert material represents BT 1-0-grade nano-structured titanium with structured surface layer while coating is made in plasma of HF-magnetron discharge of 150-250 W at argon pressure of 0.25-1.5 Pa for 20-300 min. Note here the distance from target to implant surface makes 45-60 mm. Proposed method consists in spraying the target containing hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 in plasma of high-frequency discharge in vacuum chamber in atmosphere of argon at said process parameters. Note here that said biologically inert material represents cermet based on stabilised zirconium dioxide.
