FIELD: apparatus and methods for working-up explosives.
SUBSTANCE: method includes filling a powder-like explosive in a tank set on a balance and filled with an inert gas. The dust-gas mixture produced in the zone of filling is trapped by the ejecting air flow and passed through the inertia-foam dust trap to produce a water solution of explosive. The water solution of explosive is separated from the sediment by passing it through the cloth filter and pumped to the circulation vessel with a peristaltic pump. Sulfuric acid is then supplied to the vessel and circulation through the vessel is performed.
EFFECT: enhanced safety.
