FIELD: gas-and-liquid extraction in solid body-to-liquid systems; extraction of biologically active agents from industrial or agricultural raw materials. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes delivery of starting product to extraction zone, delivery of extracting agent to evaporator, cooling agent to condensers and steam to evaporator coil and external heater of extraction chamber followed by extraction of starting product, distillation by inert gas of extracting agent from raw material in extraction chamber, plant and miscella. At last stage of distillation of extracting agent from miscella, miscella is fed from lower portion of evaporator to its upper portion for spraying unit through pump, filter and valves located beyond body; valves are used for regulation volumetric flow rate of miscella depending on its physico-chemical properties. Then, miscella is sprayed on evaporator walls and extracting agent is evaporated from miscella flowing-down over heated walls of evaporator. Plant proposed for realization of said method has pipe union for draining miscella from evaporator which is connected with inlet of pump located beyond body of plant. Pump outlet is connected to inlet of spraying unit mounted in upper portion of evaporator through filter and flow rate control members mounted at spraying unit inlet. Extraction chamber is provided with detachable U-shaped filter element mounted above bubbler.
