FIELD: preparation of explosive compounds and molding articles from them.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preparation of viscous-flow and powder-like components, portion-type and synchronous proportioning by three flows, mixing them in continuous mixer and molding articles under pressure. Mixture of binder is prepared by mixing in vacuum at stepped change of residual pressure and is fed for proportioning by means of screw pump. Proportioner is preliminarily adjusted to required portion. Pulsation of flow is smoothed in smoothing unit and flow is fed to continuous mixer.
EFFECT: improved quality of articles.
