SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mixing explosive compounds, including powder explosives and solid rocket propellants. Proposed is the method of manufacturing products from an explosive compound, including the mixing of components in the mixing device, the preliminary mixer with the simultaneous circulation through the circulating stock-line and the vacuum mixer and forming the product under pressure through the stock-pile machine formation in a press-mold. Two types of powder-like oxidisers are used, the first is synchronously fractionally dosed with viscous-liquid components non independent lines to the mixing device, and the second - from a container with an earlier prepared fractional specimen is dosed in the preliminary mixer with the working on circulation of the spiral conveyer up to the collection of the full workload. Before the dosing of the second type of powder-like oxidiser in the preliminary mixer half of the workload of the first type of the powder-like oxidiser with the viscous-liquid components and give nitrogen or carbon dioxide gas into free volume of the mixer and the container with the second type of powder-like oxidiser. Before the submission of the composition into the vacuum mixer simultaneously are created a vacuum in the vacuum mixer and stock-line of the device of molding and they collect the composition into the vacuum mixer and stock-line of the device of molding till the complete workload with working mixers and the spiral conveyor of the vacuum mixer.

EFFECT: increase in the safety of the process of mixing and dosing of the second oxidiser, and also the guarantee of quality of the product.
