FIELD: refractory materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing triazine inhibitor of ignition. Triazine-containing raw is heated into extruder for time between 0.1 s and 60 min at temperature 350-800 C under pressure between 1 kPa and 50 MPa with ammonia releasing and the refractory mixture comprising: a) polymeric composition; b) phosphorus-containing compound; c) triazine ignition inhibitor with the mass ratio a), b) and c) between 94:1:5 and 35:30:35, and triazine ignition inhibitor comprising at least: c1) 1-95 wt.-% of melem; c2) 0.01-25 wt.-% of melam; c3) 0.01-20 wt.-% of melamine; c4) 0.1-95 wt.-% of products with the more deep condensation of melamine and/or melem wherein wt.-% relates to sum from c1) to c4) inclusively and equal in common to 100%, and the concentration of volatile component of ignition inhibitor is 5 wt.-%, not above.
EFFECT: improved refractory properties of mixture.
