FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: description is given of the composition for making products from amine resin for processing smelts. The compositions are distinguished by that, they consist of the following components: A) from 95-99.9 mass % of molten polycondensates of melamine resins, free from solvents, with molar mass ranging from 300 to 300000. The polycondensates of melamine resins are mixtures of molten polytriazine ethers, with 4 to 1000 centres and have molar ratio of melamine or melamine derivative/C1 - C8 aldehyde 1:1.5 to 1:5; B) from 0.1 to 5 mass % weak acids as thermoinducible hardening agents, consisting of B1) acid conditioners of blocked sulfonic acid with general formula (I), R1 = non-substituted or substituted aryl of diphenyl, R2 = 4-nitrobenzyl, pentafluorobenzyl or substituting groups, where R3 = non-substituted or substituted alkyl or aryl; R4= H, C1-C12-alkyl, phenyl, C2-C9-alkanoyl or benzyl, R5= H, C1-C12-alkyl or cyclohexyl, or R3 and R4 or R5 together with atoms, to which they are bonded, form a 5-8-member ring, which can be closed by 1-2 benzo radicals, B2) C4-C18 aliphatic and/or C7-C18 aromatic carboxylic acids, B3) salts of alkaline metals or salts of ammonium phosphoric acid, B4) C1-C12-alkyl ethers or C2-C8-hydroxylalkyl ethers, C7-C14 aromatic carboxylic acids or inorganic acids, B5) melanin salts or guamines with C1-C18 aliphatic carboxylic acids, B6) anhydrides, monoesters or monoamides of C4-C20 carboxylic acids, B7) monoesters or monoamides of copolymers of unsaturated C4-C20 dicarboxylic anhydrates and ethylene unsaturated monomers of the C2-C20 olefins and/or C8-C20 vinyl aromatic type compounds, and/or B8) salts of C1-C12 -alkylamines and/or alkanoylamines with C1-C18 aliphatic compounds, C7-C14 aromatic or alkyl aromatic carboxylic acids, as well as inorganic acids of chloric acid, sulphur acid or phosphoric acid type, and C) if desired, up to 400 mass % of filler and/or consolidating fibres, up to 30 mass % of other reactive polymers of ethylene copolymers, copolymer of maleic anhydride, copolymer of modified maleic anhydride, poly(meth)acrylate, polyamide, type of polyester and/or polyurethane, and up to 4 mass % of stabilisers, based on polycondensates of melamine resin, UV absorbents and/or auxiliary substances. The method of making products from the above mentioned compositions is also described.
EFFECT: improvement of handling properties of the mould in molten state.
