FIELD: military equipment.

SUBSTANCE: rubber is introduced in the composition of the explosive, which provides for adhesion of the ammunition charge to the walls of the body and a detonating velocity not exceeding 6000 ms, and an initiating charge with a detonating velocity of not lower than 7600 ms is placed in the center of the ammunition; the ammunition are positioned on the terrain at a reduced distance from one another (where R - the distance between ammunition, m; m - the charge mass, kg), which ensures interaction of gas dynamic flows of reacting substances and afterburning of the mixture of active products by air oxygen. An essentially enhanced efficiency of a group burst is attained, when the initiating ammunition is placed in the geometric center of the group blast.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of destructive action of mine armament, salvo-fire jet projectile systems, cluster bombs and other means of destruction, enhanced energy release at a burst of ammunition filled with explosive systems with a high content of metallic fuels by activation of the processes of initiation, dispersion and combustion in air of the composition components.
