SUBSTANCE: high-explosive or high-explosive fragmentation weapon of reduced risk includes housing, initiating assembly (detonating fuse), and main and additional charges. Main charge is made of explosive with reduced detonation speed. Additional charge is made of explosive with increased detonation speed and located axisymmetrically to the main charge. Additional charge is made of two or more blocks located between damping blocks of the diameter which is similar to that of additional explosive charge. Damping blocks are made of non-detonating pyrotechnic compounds or their energy-consuming components.

EFFECT: improving the resistance to unauthorised actions occurring during operation and storage of weapon.
