SUBSTANCE: the ionistor is connected to a step-up voltage regulator, reference voltage conditioned and the comparator of indication of ionistor discharge, the step-up voltage regulator is connected to a comparator and a filter, the filter is connected to a signal voltage conditioner and to a stabilizer, the signal voltage conditioner and the reference voltage conditioner are connected to the comparator, the comparator of indication of ionistor discharge is connected to the reference voltage conditioner and to the indicator of ionistor discharge, the stabilizer is connected to the reference voltage supply unit and to the other loads, and the supply of voltage for the reference voltage supply unit is accomplished from the step-up voltage regulator (from the mode of maximum output voltage, which is switched on and off from the comparator.
EFFECT: enhanced time of continuous operation from one charge of the ionistor due to the use of a voltage transducer with step-up and step-down operating conditions, depending on the change of the ionistor discharge voltage.
