FIELD: apiculture, in particular, bee-keeper's head protecting facilities, in particular, from stings.
SUBSTANCE: head-dress has upper cylindrical netted enclosure 1 with bottom 2 and lower cylindrical netted enclosure 3, and face mask 4 of transparent material, such as organic glass. Lower cylindrical enclosure 3 is equipped with cutout 5 exceeding sizes a2 and b2 of face mask 4. Image magnifying device, such as lens, is positioned in lower part of face mask 4. Employment of transparent material for manufacture of face mask 4 improves vision during bee handling, and availability of built-in image magnifying device allows object to be moved to said device in case detained examination is necessary and object must be carefully examined in magnified form. Image magnifying device 7 is located in lower part of face mask 4 and does not hinder current examination procedure. Lens may be replaced with one necessary for concrete bee handling conditions, with bee-keeper's vision being taken into consideration.
EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and improved protection of bee-keeper from stings.
