FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, equipment for molding food products with filler by extrusion, in particular, production of glazed cake cheese.
SUBSTANCE: molding-extruding machine has device for compact positioning of products and device for cyclic raising and lowering of cutting unit made in the form of crank mechanism. Cutting unit drive has pair of power cylinders positioned for synchronous operation in opposite directions. Each screw is located in screw unit, in individual cylindrical seat of casing, said seat being communicated via channel with related settling head. Device for compact positioning of products has mechanism adapted for imparting transverse vibrations to conveyor and made in the form of pivotal parallelogram driven by crank mechanism. According to another version, device for compact positioning of products is made in the form of mechanism for securing conveyor at an angle to machine longitudinal axis.
EFFECT: increased precision of molding, cutting and dense positioning of products and, accordingly, reduced power consumption and increased efficiency.
