FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: multi-purpose line contains food product treatment modules that are positioned on a shared base equipped with a transportation means in the sequence required for the technological process implementation. The treatment modules are designed so that to enable quick dismantlement, movement along the shared base guides and standalone operation as well as connection to the shared computer-controlled control means. The treatment modules are designed so that to enable operation pitch synchronisation. The end replaceable mechanisms for food mass moulding and dosaging are placed at an equal distance which, during co-operation with the moulded food mass levelling mechanism, ensures exact alignment of moulded food mass relative to its further treatment positions.
EFFECT: invention allows to ensure quick and convenient reconfiguration and operation of the line which will extend the range of product manufactured.
