FIELD: medicine, cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: during the 1st d of myocardial infarction the type of hemodynamics should be detected. Then one should reveal the degree for diastolic dysfunction of patient's left ventricle followed by blood and saliva sampling to calculate the coefficient for creatine distribution. At combination of hyperkinetic and hypokinetic type of hemodynamics, diastolic dysfunction of left ventricle being above degree II and coefficient for creatine distribution being below 2.6 one should predict unfavorable result of myocardial infarction. The present method enables to evaluate the necessity for cardiosurgical interference in complex and in earlier terms.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction.
