FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: one should remove the tumor due to segmental resection of articular end or resection of the whole joint. Then one should substitute the developed oncoresectional defect with an osseous cement and antibiotics with anatomical configuration made due to manual modeling out of hardening cement mass and at sizes of removed articular end or a joint as a whole. The second stage after manufacturing and obtaining total individual endoprosthesis deals with implanting it into osseous-muscular bottom kept by osseous cement. The method enables to prevent the filling of oncoresectional defect with scar-muscular tissue during establishing morphological diagnosis, manufacturing and obtaining an individual prosthesis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
