SUBSTANCE: one should form canals up to 2 cm in fixation sites of lateral ligaments at endoprosthesis' condyles, introduce there Dacron strips, fix them with polacrys. After endoprosthesis meets the femur one should seal loose ends of strips with polacrys in stretched position in openings at tibial condyles formed in frontal plane up to 2 cm in knee joint's bending position at the angle of 150 deg. that provides articular function.
