FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopedics, neurosurgery, maxillofacial surgery and dentistry. Personified skeletal bone endoprosthesis in the form of the body of the prosthesis repeats the individual architectonics of the patient's prosthetic bone with at least one fixing element. Endoprosthesis is provided with tendon fixation zones in accordance with the patient's tendon fixation zones, which are a bed for the surgical needle and a jumper for fixing the tendon with a surgical thread. Method for installing a personified skeletal bone endoprosthesis includes the following steps: before an operative intervention based on computed tomography imaging performed with contrast enhancement, create a virtual three-dimensional personalized endoprosthesis, which repeats the individual architectonics of the patient's prosthetic bone. Additionally, they create a virtual three-dimensional pattern model that allows segmental resection of the affected part of the bone. Reproduce the material in this material and a personified endoprosthesis. Then, in one stage of the surgical intervention, after surgical access to the area of resection, a template is applied to the bone segment to be resected and the bone is cut strictly according to the template. Install an endoprosthesis and fix the tendons of the muscles to the endoprosthesis in the mentioned zones of fixation of the tendons.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a reduction in the recovery time of the anatomy of the remote segment of the affected bone, as well as shortening the terms of functional and social adaptation of patients by determining the exact volume of the removed segment of the affected bone and enabling the production of an endoprosthesis with individual points of fixation of the muscles, tendons and joint capsule of the patient.
