RAW MIXTURE FOR PREPARATION OF FOAMED CONCRETE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: building materials industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for preparation of foamed non-autoclaved concrete intended for small wall blocks of production buildings and individual dwelling houses. Invention provides intensification of setting of raw mixture at increase of strength in initial periods just after making of articles and increase of strength of foamed concrete during long periods of hardening, stabilization of technical foam and simplified production process of foamed concrete and reduced cost of foamed concrete mixture. Raw mixture for preparation of foamed concrete including Portland cement and siliceous filler-sand, foaming agent, hardening regulator, containing calcium chloride and water, employs water solution of foam concentrate as foaming agent and mineralized wastes of metallurgical production containing calcium and sodium chlorides as hardening regulator, their ratio being 1.5:1.0 - 2.0-1.0 at the following ratio of components, mass%: Portland cement 41-62, said filler 13-36, said foaming agent 0.09-0.3, said mineralized industrial wastes 0.82-1.86 and water- the rest.

EFFECT: improved quality of building material, simplified production process.
