FIELD: oil production industry, particularly for casing column cementing.

SUBSTANCE: device includes body, stop-ring disposed in body, packing means and dividing plug. Stop-ring is made as connection pipe with closed bottom end and with annular inner and outer shoulders located at upper connection pipe end. Connection pipe has longitudinal slots and radial channels located above closed bottom end thereof. Cylindrical boring formed from closed bottom end side is used for adjusting ring insertion. Adjusting ring has outer conical surface. Minor base of adjusting ring cone faces upwards and has diameter equal to outer diameter of connection pipe. Bearing ring is movably inserted opposite to longitudinal slots of connection pipe. Outer side of bearing ring is rigidly secured to body and has shear members. Free ends of shear members cooperate with longitudinal slots. Conical boring is formed at lower end of bearing ring from inner surface thereof. Conical boring of bearing ring mate to conical surface of adjusting ring.

EFFECT: increased sealing properties in stop-ring area, simplified structure and production process.
